Forum Rules
1. Be respectful of others and their opinions. Flaming will not be tolerated.
2. Do not post any inappropriate images or any other inappropriate material.
3. Do not embed full size images in posts, if you are using imageshack they have a nice feature to link using a thumbnail, if you upload directly to the forum this option should be enabled by default.
4. Obey the requests of the forum moderators and admins. You will not receive any verbal warning.
5. Do not advertise any other server IP's or web sites. Advertising any other servers will result in a permanent ban of your forum account.
6. Post your topics in the right section. Anyone who posts a topic in the wrong section will have their posting ability removed for 3 days.
7. Spamming on the forum will result in a 10% warn including a restriction of your posting ability for 24 hours. The sanction can be increased if it's repeated.
8. Bumping your thread in the "Guild Recruitment" & "Trade Post" sections is forbidden. Actions will be taken, from deleting bump, to close the topic / temporary ban from the forum.
9. Only 1 account per person/IP. Using accounts belonging to other people is prohibited too.
10. Using edited, faked, created screenshot to harass, impersonate, harm someone will get you an IP ban from the forum along with a 1 week ban in game.
11. Topics/posts concerning notices about warez, key-generators, cracks, 'nulled' software will be immediatly deleted and the poster will be warned with a possible suspension.
12. Don't double posts or triple posts! Try to learn how to use edit to edit your post.

Game Rules
This topic is the reference for the rules. This version will always be up to date. You are expected to know and follow these rules.

Rules translations are just here to help, the Nev3rLand's Staff will always use the English rules.
The staff reserves the right to modify the rules without any warning.

1. Respect the GMs and listen to them, obey to their requests.
Caused: Not listening to the GM might get you 2 hours - 1 day jailed.

2. Do not ask to be a GM/Sub-GM.
Caused: Asking to be a GM or subGM might get you 6 hours jailed

3. No botting.
Caused: Any account believed to be botting will earn an IP and account ban.

4. Do not bother the GMs unless you are absolutely sure you cannot solve your problem on your own. Make sure you check the forums before contacting a GM to see if someone else had the same problem solved already. We are not your personal information person, we will not respond to PMs asking where you can find a certain item or monster.
Caused: Bothering the GM's might get you 1 hour jailed.

5. Do not summon monsters at town exit maps or training areas.
Caused: Summoning monsters at town exit maps or training areas will get you a 1 day ban.

6. Do not try to scam (stealing item(s)/fake egg(s)/fake item(s)) any player on the server.
Caused: Scamming leads into a 1 month account ban.

7. Do not beg or ask for free items, zeny, or anything else.
Caused: Begging to players or GM's might get you 1 hour jailed.

8. Kill Stealing (KSing) is not permitted.
Caused: If there is solid proof, the offender will receive a temporary 1 day ban.

9. Verbally assaulting or abusing other players is forbidden.
Caused: Anyone caught breaking this rule is subject to a temporary 1 to 3 day ban depending on the grade of abuse. This includes swearing at, ridiculing, flamming, or spamming another player.

10. Impersonating by any mean, a GM (current or past) or any of the GM staff (curent or past), or the Nev3rLand's staff itself (current or past), or the server, or anything that could make think you are/were part of / related to the Nev3rLand's staff is forbidden. Characters with names beginning with GM or anything similar is also forbidden.
Caused: Breaking this rule will get you indefinitely banned.

11. Do not advertise for any other server, IP, website or forum by any mean.
Caused: Advertisement will get you indefinitely banned.

12. Any third-party program to cheat / abuse in game is an illegal offense.
Caused: Using a third-party program will get you a permanent Account & IP ban.

13. Do not trade Items or your Nev3rLand's account / infos for any other server or (real) money.
Caused: Breaking this rule will get you a 1 months ban.

14. Do not spam the chat or by using skills / items.
Caused: Spamming will get you a 30 minutes jail / mute.

15. If you find any bugs report them to us immediately, do not exploit them.
Caused: Exploiting a bug may result in a jail or ban depending on the importance of the exploit. Bugs regarding unfair advantages will result in a 1 month ban.

16. Borrow / Lend your account / items at your own risk!.
Caused: If they decide to scam you, steal your items, or be abusive with them, it is YOUR responsibility.

Note: We reserve the right to redefine and change terms and conditions without prior notice. As changes are made, users will be notify through our forum / website.
